We provide some basic document assistance services for our clients.  These services are offered for a nominal fee, varying depending on complexity of the document.  Please, note that clients are never charged for assistance with enrollment to public assistance programs such as TANF, OHP, SSI, etc., or other documentation that might be essential as part of ongoing case management.

No legal advice is ever offered by our team, simply assistance in properly completing or translating the required documents.  However, if you do require legal advice, we will connect you with a local attorney who can give you a basic consultation for free or at a reduced cost.  If your case is best handled by an attorney, we’ll be happy to make that referral for you.

Our team is able to prepare the following documents or services:

Notarizing documents

Translation from or to English or Spanish of documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, power of attorney letters, and many other personal documents

Divorce, Child Custody, and Child Support filings for Marion County Court (Most clients are referred to us by the Marion County Family Court).

Please, contact us with any questions and to inquire about our current fees.
