wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Mano a Mano Family Center works to help reduce toxic stress, and promote Hope (resilience).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are the oldest Latino-led community-based organization in Salem-Keizer, Oregon, established in 1988.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"color:#000000\">In 2024, we helped more than 4,800 families with access to help during times of need; developing social connections; increase their knowledge of parenting and child\/youth development, and advocate for Equity and Social Inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team and leadership is from the same communities we serve and represent. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
