Buildings are closed to the public, but we will provide a food box, contact-free. Our team asks you to help us stop this pandemic by wearing a face mask or covering, and observing physical distancing. We have face masks, coverings and hand sanitizer to provide you, if needed.
Since 2020, more than 5,000 families or individuals have received food assistance during the COVID-19 and other recent crisis.
Northgate Center (NE Salem)
Monday to Thursday: 10 am – 6 pm | Friday: 10 am – 3 pm
Colonia Libertad (SE Salem)
Monday: 9 am – 3pm | Tuesday to Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
The SE Salem food bank is located inside the Colonia LIbertad Apartments leasing office building!
The buildings are not numbered, so please look for the leasing office, which is located inside the building with the mural on the side. Park in spots labeled “OFFICE” or on the side street. Do not park in the numbered spots, as you may be towed.
Background and Eligibility
We have been a provider of emergency food boxes since our establishment in 1988, in partnership with the Marion-Polk Food Share.
Our priority in these times of crisis is that no one goes without food. The reason does not matter. If you or someone you know needs this help, please contact us so we can help you.
